Product Description

USAGE:
The ozone Venturi injector consists of three parts: the pressurized pipe, the suction chamber, and the nozzle. It is a method for mixing gases with water that utilizes the Venturi principle. The ozone generator creates a negative pressure by allowing high-speed water to flow through the throat of the mixing tube, resulting in a vacuum state in the suction chamber. In contrast, the input gas is drawn into the mixing tube. The water is violently agitated, causing the gas to be broken into small bubbles, which are then dispersed into a gas-water emulsion. Finally, the mixture is expelled through the diffusion outlet of the mixing tube, continuing to create a vortex that stirs and dissolves the gas in the water in the next tube.

Attention:
1. The water temperature should not exceed 0°C to 60°C, and the water pH should be between 5 and 11, consisting of a mixture of non-flammable liquids.
2. The length of color strips and other impurities in the water must not exceed 25 cm, and the particle diameter should be less than 4 mm.
